Context
Mutual de Seguridad needed to redesign its public website to meet new accessibility, usability and regulatory standards within a large and complex institutional platform.
The existing experience did not clearly differentiate between user profiles and relied on a rigid and unclear architecture, creating confusion, poor understanding and limiting the website’s evolution.
The solution
The project was approached from a strategic, user-centred perspective, leading the design of a new information architecture and a clear experience for multiple profiles.
A completely new structure was defined, allowing content, flows and navigation to be reorganised in a coherent, understandable and scalable way.

A new information architecture and profile-based navigation.
Accessibility criteria integrated as a structural part of the experience design.
Creation of a design system and a scalable template system to support a site with high complexity and content volume.
Impact
The redesign helped organise and clarify Mutual’s digital experience, significantly improving site understanding for individuals, workers and companies.
The platform was prepared to scale and adapt to new legal and content requirements, establishing a solid base for future digital developments.
The work became a reference framework for the evolution of other internal products and websites within the organisation.
