ZanaFit originally focused on nutritional content and dietary support. The challenge was to expand the product into a digital training experience by introducing a mobile app as the core of the business.
The app did not previously exist, so it was necessary to design a complete experience from scratch that combined routines, progress tracking, ongoing motivation and subscription flows, while staying coherent with the brand and allowing later extension into the public website.

The project was developed as an end-to-end app design in partnership with UX Research. While UX defined flows, structure and validations, my responsibility was to lead all visual, interface and UI system decisions.
I designed a complete visual system for the app, creating components, patterns and guidelines that allowed features to scale, consistency to be maintained and the product’s energetic and motivational character to be reinforced.
The design placed particular emphasis on:
Making core content, such as videos and classes, more visible than the interface itself.
Using a vibrant palette, green and orange, to convey energy, progress and action.
Positive reinforcement elements, such as iconography, achievements and progress states, aimed at reducing drop-off and increasing adherence.
The design enabled the launch of a solid, clear and energising application capable of supporting users throughout their training journey, reinforcing motivation and commitment through visual experience.
Both the app and website remain active, largely preserving the original visual structure and design decisions, demonstrating the strength and longevity of the UI system created.
